What is CT Concert Center? A live concert calendar covering Connecticut. We aggregate shows from venues across the state — from arenas in Hartford and Bridgeport down to small clubs in Pomfret and Old Saybrook — into one searchable, browsable list. Filter by genre, city, or venue. Save events you want to remember. Get notified when new shows match your interests.
Do I need an account? No. CT Concert Center works entirely without an account. You don't need to sign up, sign in, or give us your name or email. Your saved events, notification preferences, and Encore purchase all live on your device.
Where does the event data come from? We scrape public listings from venue websites and ticket sellers across Connecticut every day. Users can also submit events through the in-app Submit an Event form (paperplane icon on the Search tab). All submissions are reviewed before they appear in the public calendar.
An event is wrong, missing, or outdated. How do I report it? Email us at [email protected] with the event title, date, and venue. Include what's wrong (e.g. "the date should be Saturday, not Sunday"). We aim to fix verified issues within 24 hours.
An event I want to attend isn't in the app. Can I add it? Yes! On the Search tab, tap the paperplane icon in the top left. Fill out the form with the event details and submit. An admin reviews submissions and approves them into the public calendar — usually within a day. Submission is free, no Encore purchase required.
What is Encore? Encore is a one-time, $4.99 in-app purchase that unlocks the full Connecticut concert catalog. Without it, you see only featured events — a curated selection of bigger shows. With Encore, you see every event in the database, plus your Saved list, full Search, and the rest of Browse.
Is Encore a subscription? No. Encore is a single one-time purchase. There's nothing to renew, nothing to cancel, no monthly or annual charge. Pay once, unlock forever on the Apple ID you used to buy it.
I purchased Encore but the app is still showing the paywall. On the device that's showing the paywall, open Settings (gear icon) → Access → tap Restore Purchases. Your Encore entitlement should restore within a few seconds. If that doesn't work:
