These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "User") and Fenwick Holdings LLC**, a Connecticut LC** ("Gym Bully AI," "we," "us," "our") with a registered address at 131 Burton Road, Beacon Falls, CT. Contact: [email protected].
By creating an account, providing your phone number, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gym Bully AI is a paid subscription service that sends recurring, deliberately rude motivational SMS messages to your mobile phone on the workout days you select. You stop the day's messages by replying DONE. Other commands are described in Section 5.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate message content. Messages are filtered through automated content moderation before sending, but the Service is comedic and confrontational by design.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older, you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You must use the Service only for yourself. You may not sign up another person's phone number. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and may also violate the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar laws — exposing you (not us) to legal liability.
To use the Service you must create an account, verify your email through our authentication provider, and verify your mobile phone number by entering a one-time code we send by SMS. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current, and that the mobile number you provide is one you control and on which you are authorized to receive automated SMS.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at signup, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated motivational SMS messages from Gym Bully AI on your scheduled workout days. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency. Up to 4 messages per day on each scheduled workout day. You select which days you receive messages and the times within an 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM local-time window.
Charges. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS depending on your plan. We do not control or reimburse carrier charges.
