Privacy Policy — Tonight's Table

This Privacy Policy describes how Fenwick Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Tonight's Table mobile application (the "App").

We've designed Tonight's Table to collect as little data as possible. Most of the information you provide stays on your device and is never sent to us or to any third party. We do not operate a server.

Summary

No accounts. Tonight's Table doesn't require sign-up, login, or any personal identifiers.
No analytics or tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, or any other third-party analytics or tracking SDK. We do not track usage, behavior, or device fingerprints.
Your data stays on your device. Your visited-restaurants log, language preference, search radius, cuisine selection, and other settings are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's UserDefaults. We never see, transmit, or store this data ourselves.
Location data is processed on-device. When you tap "Use my current location," your GPS coordinates are obtained by iOS and used by the App to search for nearby restaurants via Apple's MapKit. Coordinates are never sent to our servers — we have none.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Purchases of Tonight's Table Pro are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information.

Information processed locally on your device, with your permission

Approximate or precise location, only when you tap the location button and grant permission. Location is used solely to find nearby restaurants and is never transmitted off your device by us.
